申請過程輸入畢業年份,就可以取得教育版帳號權限

教育版帳號新增 Document,會內建為 private,也可利用 make public 轉為公開

教育版帳號與免費帳號都可使用完整的 CAD 工具,

免費帳號在版本控制、組立與模擬功能方面,僅有限支援,而教育版帳號則與專案版相同

教育版帳號可以透過 request 取得技術支援

Onshape is the first CAD system built for teams. Students can work in groups and edit models together simultaneously. Teachers can distribute assignments, review work and give feedback with ease. Additionally, Onshape keeps a complete history of changes so students will never accidentally lose work or overwrite each other's data.

Part Studios allow multiple parts to be created with the same sketches in the part studios.

In Onshape, Part Studios are a powerful feature that allows you to design multiple parts together in a single workspace, using shared sketches, features, and geometry. The statement:

"Part Studios allow multiple parts to be created with the same sketches in the part studios."

means:

You can use one sketch to build multiple parts within the same Part Studio.

For example:

You create a single sketch (e.g., a rectangle and a circle side-by-side).

You can extrude the rectangle into one solid body (Part 1).

You can extrude the circle separately into another body (Part 2).

These two are now separate parts (each with its own geometry), but they were both created from the same sketch.

Why use multiple parts in one Part Studio?

Parametric design: If multiple parts are linked (e.g., they share dimensions), editing one sketch can update all the related parts.

Ease of assembly: Designing related parts together ensures perfect fit and alignment.

Simplified references: You can reference other parts’ faces, edges, or geometry without needing to create separate files or worry about inter-document references.

Example Use Case:

Imagine designing a hinge:

You sketch a base plate and a pin hole in a single sketch.

You extrude the base into one part.

You revolve or extrude the pin hole shape into another part (the pin).

Now you have both hinge components created from a single sketch — tightly linked and perfectly aligned.

Key Tips:

You can toggle visibility and isolate parts in the Part Studio.

Use the "Split" tool if needed to separate geometry.

Use "Transform" to move parts around within the Part Studio.

Eventually, you insert these parts into an Assembly to simulate motion or relationships.
